Our kids’ class is focused on building a strong foundation, not only for self-defense or the sport itself but for a well-prepared, focused and disciplined student. Parents, rest assured that safety is our top priority. While no special equipment is required, please ensure your child wears comfortable, movement-friendly attire (For more details on proper attire, please refer to the 'Daily Clothing Requirements' which can be found here.)
